About CondenseLab

CondenseLab transforms long documents, videos, podcasts, and articles into structured briefs, key takeaways, and ready-to-share assets — tailored to your audience. It's built for people who read more than they should have to, and who need to extract signal from long content without losing the details that matter.

Unlike generic AI summarizers that strip context and return a vague paragraph, CondenseLab understands audience, format, and intent, then structures the output to match. Every condensed piece comes back organized into clear sections: key decisions, supporting evidence, action items, and open questions. Every claim in the output links back to its source passage, so you can hover over any statement to see the original context and verify it instantly. Trust, but verify — without leaving the app.

The platform accepts multiple input types out of the box. You can drop in URLs, PDF documents, YouTube links, audio files, or raw text pasted directly into the app. CondenseLab handles extraction, transcription, and parsing automatically, so there is no manual transcript copying and no switching between tools for different content types. A typical condense runs in under thirty seconds from upload to finished brief.

The audience preset system is what makes CondenseLab different from ChatGPT or basic summarizer tools. Same source material, completely different output depending on who the brief is for. Generate an executive brief for leadership, talking points for a sales call, a thread for social media, or a structured research note, with one click each. For teams with specific needs, custom templates are available on Pro and Team plans, letting you define your own output structure once and reuse it forever.

Typical use cases include executives turning long quarterly reports into concise decision briefs with KPIs and recommended actions extracted automatically. Content teams repurpose hour long podcasts into blog posts, newsletters, and social threads from a single upload. Researchers process academic papers into structured notes covering hypothesis, methodology, findings, and limitations. Sales teams condense competitor reports, RFP documents, and call transcripts into actionable intelligence before every meeting. Anyone drowning in more content than they have time to read will find value here.

CondenseLab is also API first. A clean REST API lets developers integrate condensing into their own workflows and internal tools, with webhook support for asynchronous processing and clean structured JSON output on every request. This makes it a fit for agencies, research teams, and product companies that want to build condensing into their own pipelines rather than use it as a standalone app.

Pricing is straightforward and transparent. The Free plan includes fifteen condenses per month with article and text input, and requires no credit card to start. The Pro plan is nineteen dollars per month for two hundred condenses with all input formats, audience presets, custom templates, API access, and source citations. Team plans at forty nine dollars per seat add unlimited condenses, shared workspaces, single sign on, and admin controls for organizations that live in documents all day.
