> Hand-built direct-booking websites for UK B&Bs — no commission, no subscription.

## About Directbook

Hand-built, commission-free websites for B&Bs, guesthouses and holiday lets across the UK.

Directbook designs and writes your complete website — rooms, gallery, local area, policies and contact — and connects your existing booking engine (freetobook, eviivo) or Stripe card payments, so guests book directly with you and you keep 100% of the booking. No subscription, no commission, ever.

One-time build fee of £1,999, all-inclusive: design, copywriting, booking integration, hosting and domain setup, 2 rounds of revisions and a 3-month warranty. Optional care plan (£499/year) and 24/7 AI phone receptionist for guest calls.

Keep your Airbnb and Booking.com listings — your website simply gives direct-search and repeat guests somewhere to book with you directly.

Call or WhatsApp +44 7466 533290, or email hello@directbook.uk for a hand-built demo of your own property (£9.90, delivered within 24 hours).

I'm an independent web developer behind Directbook — I hand-build direct-booking websites for B&Bs, guesthouses and holiday lets, designed to cut out OTA commissions for good.

Every site is made for one property: real design and real copywriting (rooms, photos, policies, reviews), the host's existing booking engine embedded (freetobook, eviivo) or Stripe card payments, two-way iCal sync with Airbnb and Booking.com, hosting and domain setup included — for a one-time fee of £1,999. No subscription. No commission on direct bookings, ever.

Hosts keep their OTA listings and keep taking OTA bookings. Directbook gives direct-search and repeat guests somewhere to book directly, where the host keeps 100%. An optional 24/7 AI phone receptionist (dedicated number, 100 minutes/month) answers guest calls and takes booking enquiries.

40+ hand-built property demos in the portfolio below — each one made for a real B&B or inn, fully clickable.
