Website form submissions, straight to your WhatsApp

What is FormBeep?

FormBeep turns every website form submission into an instant WhatsApp message. When someone fills in your contact, quote or lead form, the name, email and message land on your phone within seconds, so you can reply while the visitor is still on your site instead of finding the lead hours later in a crowded inbox.

Setup takes about two minutes. You connect your regular WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, with no Meta Business account and no WhatsApp API setup. Then you paste one script tag into your website. That's it: no workflow builder, no rebuilding forms, and no technical knowledge required.

FormBeep doesn't replace your forms or your form backend. You keep your existing forms, your current website and hosting, and any backend you already use, such as Formspree, Basin or Getform, or none at all. FormBeep simply adds the missing piece: instant WhatsApp alerts for every submission, including delivery of file attachments on paid plans. If a site has a form, FormBeep works with it, including WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, Squarespace, React, Next.js and 20+ other platforms documented at docs.formbeep.com. It also supports Google Forms, Jotform and email-to-WhatsApp workflows.

It is built for freelancers, agencies and small teams who live on WhatsApp and need to respond to leads fast. Agencies can route alerts from many client websites to multiple numbers, with webhook routes for each.

Pricing is freemium. The Free plan ($0) includes 50 alerts total for 1 website, 1 number and 1 webhook route. Starter ($9/month) offers 100 alerts each month, 3 websites, 2 numbers and 10 MB attachments. Pro ($29/month) offers 400 alerts each month, 10 websites, 5 numbers and 100 MB attachments. Agency ($79/month) offers 1,000 alerts each month, unlimited client websites, 25 numbers and 250 MB attachments. Custom pricing is available beyond 1,000 alerts. No credit card is required to start.

FormBeep is used by agencies and freelancers in 10+ countries and is built by Rishikesh Sreehari at /make_ (slashmake.co).
