What Holosign does

Holosign is e-signature software for businesses of 2 to 50 people. Upload a PDF, drag signature, text, date and initials fields onto it, and send it to one signer or several in a set order. Signers open an email link and sign on any device, no account needed. Save a document as a template once and reuse it. Connect HubSpot to send from a Contact, Deal or Company and get the status written back. Free covers 5 documents a month. Unlimited is $19/month flat, with unlimited documents and users.

Why we built it

We built Holosign because most e-signature tools charge per user, so a five-person team pays five times for the same thing. Our paid plan is $19/month for the whole company. This month we're listing it because reusable templates and the HubSpot integration are now on every plan, Free included. Set a contract up once with roles and merge fields, then send it from a HubSpot deal and watch the signing status land back on the record. We'd like feedback from small teams who send contracts every week.

1Do signers need an account?

No. Signers get an email with a unique link, open the document and sign by typing or drawing. No account, app or download.

2What does the free plan include?

5 documents a month with every core feature: all field types, templates, HubSpot, multi-party signing and the audit certificate. No credit card needed.

3How much does it cost for a team?

$19/month for the Unlimited plan, whatever the team size. It adds unlimited documents, unlimited users and team features such as roles and group document sharing.

4Is a Holosign signature legally valid?

Every signed document carries a certificate of completion with a SHA-256 hash, signer details, IP addresses and timestamps. In the US, electronic signatures are recognized under the ESIGN Act. Some documents, such as wills or anything that needs a notary, still need a wet-ink or notarized signature.

5Does it work with HubSpot?

Yes, on every plan. Connect your portal once and send from any Contact, Deal or Company. Merge fields fill from CRM data and the signing status writes back to the record. You can also trigger sends from a HubSpot workflow.
