Tiding is a native iPhone app for tracking GLP-1 medications and peptide protocols — including FDA-approved peptide drugs such as semaglutide and tirzepatide — alongside everyday supplements. It exists because people on injection-based protocols currently juggle doses, vial math, site rotation, and lab results across notes apps and spreadsheets.
Each dose is logged with its injection site, so rotation stays clean and nothing gets double-dosed. Vial levels and remaining supply are tracked automatically as doses are recorded. Bloodwork and biomarkers sit next to the dose history, making it easy to see how a protocol lines up with lab results over time. Maintenance-protocol support keeps long-term tapering/maintenance schedules coherent instead of tacked-on.
Two onboarding paths tailor the experience: a supplements-only track for people who just want a clean daily log, and the full peptide track with vial inventory, site rotation, and protocol management. Pip, the app's peptide sidekick, keeps the experience friendly instead of clinical.
Under the hood, Tiding is a native Swift/SwiftUI app with an offline-first local store syncing to a Cloudflare Worker backend — the log stays usable with no connection and reconciles when one returns.
Tiding is a free download on the App Store. An optional Tiding Pro subscription ($9.99/month or $47.99/year, with a 3-day free trial) unlocks the full feature set.
