# TrueTempMail

> Free temp mail that actually receives your verification codes

## About TrueTempMail

TrueTempMail started because every free trial I signed up for wanted an email address, and my real inbox paid for it with months of newsletters I never asked for.

The site hands you a working temporary address the moment it loads. You copy it, paste it into whatever you are signing up for, and the message shows up on the page within a few seconds. That covers the usual stuff: verification codes, password reset links, download gates, Discord invites, and the confirm-your-email step that every free tool wants before letting you in. No account, no password, no phone number.

Inboxes are temporary on purpose. Once the retention window passes, the address and its messages are gone. That is what makes it useful for one-time signups, and a bad idea for anything you actually need to keep, like banking or work accounts.

Alongside the inbox there are 30 free tools for people who poke at email: a header analyzer, an email trace tool, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checkers, MX and DNS lookups, a disposable domain checker, an alias generator, an email validator and a password generator. They run in the browser and do not need a signup either.

It is free, it works on mobile, and there is nothing to install.
