What is BRYKK?

BRYKK is a privacy-first family safety app built exclusively for the Apple ecosystem. It provides families with real-time location sharing, crash detection, SOS alerts, smart driving intelligence, walkie-talkie voice messaging, and an AI safety assistant—all without a single byte of data ever touching a company server.

Every other family safety app routes your location through their own servers—servers that can be hacked, sold to data brokers, or subpoenaed. BRYKK takes a fundamentally different approach: all data flows through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure, synced directly between your family members' iCloud accounts.

There is no BRYKK backend. No database to breach. No mechanism to monetize your data. It is architecturally impossible for us to sell what we never collect.

Key Features

• Real-Time Location Sharing – See every family member on a live map with speed, heading, destination, ETA, battery level, and time at location. Smart context detection shows "At Walmart" or "At School" automatically. A "dead battery beacon" fires one final GPS write at 1% so your family sees exactly where the phone died.

• Crash Detection & SOS – Accelerometer-based impact detection works on every iPhone. A 10-second countdown lets you cancel false alarms. If confirmed, a full SOS overlay pushes to every family device with the nearest police, fire, hospital, and your medical card from HealthKit. Critical Alerts bypass Do Not Disturb at full volume.

• Smart Driving Intelligence – Trips are auto-detected and recorded with full route playback, speed stats, and scrubber. Destination and live ETA appear on your family's lock screen via Live Activities and Dynamic Island. Traffic-aware departure countdowns tell you when to leave based on your calendar.

• Walkie-Talkie – Push-to-talk voice messaging using Apple's PushToTalk framework. Hold to talk, release to send. Works over Bluetooth mesh when nearby or CloudKit when apart. Every message plays through the speaker with a Nextel-style chirp.

• AI Safety Assistant – A built-in knowledge base written by a firefighter with practical emergency guidance for car accidents, choking, severe bleeding, heart attacks, house fires, and more. This is real field experience, not generic AI.
