NINA AI

Neurolien provides Nina, a 24/7 AI assistant built for restaurants. It answers every call from the first ring, takes reservations and orders by voice, remembers returning customers, and handles all messages with personalised responses — day or night. No call or message goes unanswered. Nina manages your bookings end-to-end, confirms reservations, sends reminders, and handles cancellations in real time to eliminate no-shows and double bookings. All orders — dine-in, takeaway, delivery — are centralised and sent to the kitchen sorted by priority. It automatically tracks stock, alerts you before shortages, prepares supplier orders, and turns surplus into targeted promotions, cutting food waste by 40%. Nina reactivates inactive customers, collects reviews, sends birthday messages, runs marketing campaigns, logs team hours, manages leave requests, and generates payroll reports — all hands-free. Customers pay via QR code or SMS payment link. It handles 90% of requests autonomously, saving 6 hours a day with 96% customer satisfaction. Setup takes 24 hours with no commitment.
