Sharebrand

Sharebrand is a white-label file sharing platform for businesses. Agencies, studios, freelancers, consultants, and law firms use it to share files with clients, teams, and partners from their own domain, with their own logo and brand on every page. Recipients never see Sharebrand's name.

Most file sharing tools were built for personal or internal use and later adapted for business. The result is that when you send a client a link, they land on Dropbox's interface, WeTransfer's interface, or Google's interface — not yours. Sharebrand is built the other way around. The branded experience is not an add-on. It is the product.

What it does

Every plan includes a custom domain, white-label branding, unlimited transfers, unlimited file requests, password protection, and expiring links. You set up your domain, upload your logo, pick your colours, and every link you share from that point carries your brand. The setup takes under ten minutes and requires no technical background.

File requests let clients and partners upload files back through your branded portal without creating an account. Password protection and expiring links give you control over who accesses what and for how long. Files deleted by mistake stay recoverable for 60 days on Starter and 90 days on Pro.

For businesses that sell digital work, every plan includes the ability to set a price on any file. The recipient pays before downloading. Payments go directly to your connected Stripe account with zero commission taken by Sharebrand. No separate storefront needed.

Who uses it

Design and video agencies use Sharebrand to deliver project files to clients at a custom domain rather than a generic file sharing URL. Photographers use it to release finished work after payment. Consultants use it to sell reports and templates. Pricing

The Starter plan covers five team seats and 3 TB of pooled storage at $29 per month. Pro covers ten seats and 6 TB at $59 per month and adds full removal of any Sharebrand attribution, 90-day file recovery, team roles, and priority support. The Reseller plan at $99 per month adds unlimited client workspaces and a reseller management dashboard. Annual billing saves two months on every plan.

It handles one workflow: sharing files with people outside your organisation in an experience that carries your brand rather than someone else's.
