# AkordoBot
> A Telegram Mini App for experts: booking and slot-based sessions plus a catalog of the expert's own digital goods, with crypto and card payments.
AkordoBot is a Telegram Mini App for experts: one link for booking time and a catalog of the expert's own digital goods, with payments in cryptocurrency and by card. A client opens the expert's booking link, picks a free slot in their own timezone or buys a digital good, and pays in Gram, ETH or the stablecoins USDT/USDC, or by card through the expert's own connected gateway account. Crypto payments go wallet-to-wallet and every card charge goes directly to that account: the platform never holds funds, never touches the payment amount and takes no cut. Booking and selling are free; the Pro subscription adds accepting crypto and card payments, external calendars and custom branding.
Booking
- The expert sets working hours per weekday (a 10-minute time grid) and adds exceptions: vacations, holidays, manual blocks.
- A single local availability core turns that into bookable slots. Occupied time is blocked automatically, including during an active booking hold, so one slot cannot be booked twice.
- The client opens the expert's booking link, sees free slots converted to their own timezone, selects a time and confirms. The meeting link (the expert's own link or an offline location) is delivered on confirmation.
- On confirmation the meeting is also offered as a Google Calendar link, an Outlook link and a downloadable .ics file.
- The booking page shows the expert's photo from their Telegram avatar.
Digital goods
- An expert publishes their own products and sells them to their own clients - no marketplace.
- A good is free or paid. A free good is distributed in one tap, free of charge, and the content is delivered immediately; a paid good goes through the same payment flow as a booking — accepting payments is a Pro capability.
- The delivered content is shown right after the purchase, stays available in the purchase details, and is also carried by the order-confirmation message in Telegram.
- A purchase is not a booking: it takes no time slot and has no date, no meeting link and no meeting reminders.
Payments
Card payments go through the expert's own connected gateway account; cryptocurrency payments are direct peer-to-peer transfers from the client's wallet to the expert's wallet. The platform never holds funds, never touches the payment amount and takes no cut.
Card payments:
- The expert connects their own Stripe account. Clients pay by card in USD through that account, and Apple Pay and Google Pay are available at the Stripe checkout.
- The client's exact currency, final amount and rate are determined by Stripe at payment time. A 2-4% conversion fee applies to localized charges, and a Stripe account that settles outside USD shows the original USD price.
- Clients with a Russian-language interface can pay by card through the expert's own locally connected card-gateway account.
Accepted cryptocurrencies:
- TON: native Gram and USDT (jetton)
- Ethereum: native ETH, USDT (ERC-20) and USDC (ERC-20)
- TRON: USDT (TRC-20)
USDC is accepted on Ethereum only. Native TRX is not accepted. The expert enables each payment type individually; stablecoins are on by default and a native coin is accepted only when the expert switches it on.
- The price is set in US dollars and converted to the selected currency at the payment step. The amount is fixed and stays 1:1 with the invoice for the one-hour payment window; stablecoins are priced at 1 USD, ETH and Gram at the live rate fixed at payment time.
- The destination address, the amount and the identifying memo are formed by the platform; the client only signs the transfer in their wallet. A payment completes when the platform observes the matching transaction on-chain.
- Paying with a stablecoin requires the chain's native gas token in the wallet for the network fee: Gram for TON-chain USDT, ETH for ETH USDT and USDC, TRX for TRON USDT.
- Refunds, when needed, are manual, wallet-to-wallet, on the chain the payment was made.

Pro, 500 Telegram Stars per month:

- External calendars: up to 10 private iCal feeds per expert, read-only; their busy time overlays the local availability (no Google OAuth)
- Accepting crypto payments and card payments through the expert's own Stripe account
- Custom booking-page branding
- A no-show mark on completed meetings - internal analytics, visible to the expert only
Notifications
All notifications are delivered in Telegram by the bot: booking confirmations with the meeting link, meeting reminders 24 hours, 1 hour and 5 minutes before the start (each type can be toggled off), order confirmations with the delivered content, and cancellation notifications to the counterparties. Delivery is best-effort: bookings and purchases are always reachable inside the Mini App ("My bookings" / "My purchases").
Inline mode
Typing @AkordoBot in any Telegram chat opens an inline window: edit the schedule or add a meeting in expert mode, or see the bookings list in client mode - without opening the bot dialog.
