RankNest - SEO Software for Agencies

RankNest is an SEO platform built around the way the work actually moves: research, plan, test, and publish. All four phases live in one app, and every AI feature in it reads from a profile of the specific business it's working on.

We built it because we were running an SEO agency ourselves and getting charged per seat by four different tools that didn't talk to each other. The link map lived in one tab, the content research in another, the SEO testing tool somewhere else, and the Google Business Profile scheduler nowhere good. Nothing knew what business it was working on, so every AI feature produced generic ChatGPT-grade copy that needed an hour of editing before it could go near a client.

For research, you can crawl any competitor's site and pull the heading hierarchy of their top pages into a structured outline you can use as a content brief. You can scrape Google reviews, Trustpilot, and Reddit threads for the actual language customers use to describe their problems. That's the source material for messaging that converts.

For planning, the app renders your client's site as a visual link graph so you can spot orphan pages, missing reciprocal links, and duplicate outbound links at a glance. An AI linking plan generates specific anchor text and source-to-target page pairs. You mark recommendations complete as you implement them, and the next crawl confirms the work.

For testing, you run SEO experiments tied to Google Search Console data, with rank, click, and CTR deltas tracked per variation against a baseline. Write the variations yourself or have AI generate them. Either way, they come out tuned to that specific business's voice, not boilerplate.

For publishing, you can schedule a month of Google Business Profile posts in advance. Wire them by hand, write them one at a time with AI, or batch-generate a full month of posts with custom images in minutes. A worker publishes each post at its scheduled time with retry logic if Google's API hiccups.

Every business you add gets its own AI profile: brand voice, audience, services, what not to say. Every AI feature in the app reads from it, so SEO test variations, content briefs, GBP posts, and even internal linking anchor text suggestions come out tuned to that specific business.
