I got tired of upload-your-PDF sites that ask for a sign-up or add a watermark, so I built OpenFile. It is free and open source (MIT) with 360+ tools for PDF, images, video, audio, fonts, archives and eBooks. Everything runs in your browser with WebAssembly, so files never leave your device. It installs as an offline app too.

Demo:
OpenFile ships 360+ tools across seven formats. PDF tools cover merge, split, compress, convert to and from images, rotate pages, extract text, add watermarks, set passwords and remove restrictions. Image tools include resize, crop, convert, compress and EXIF removal. Video and audio tools let you trim, convert, extract audio and compress files. There are also utilities for fonts, archives and eBooks, including format conversion and inspection.
Every tool runs locally with WebAssembly and the Web APIs. Nothing is uploaded to a server, so sensitive documents, photos and videos never leave the device. There is no account, no tracking and no quota. OpenFile also installs as a PWA, so it works offline after the first load.
The source code is on GitHub under the MIT license at https://github.com/aniruddhaadak80/OpenFile . The app and a live demo are at https://openfile-studio.vercel.app/ , with a walkthrough at https://youtu.be/cfftdAUJwp4 .
