Scan: point the camera at a menu, sign or label and tap the text to translate it. Every scan is saved, so you can find it again later. Live conversations: put the phone on the table and read what the other person says in your language, a moment after they say it. Nothing is recorded. Speech: say a phrase and hear it spoken in their language, and they can reply the same way. Text: type a phrase and show your screen to the person you're talking to.
Offline: download languages over wifi and typed translation works with no signal in all 58. The camera reads 25 languages offline; in the others, the photo is kept and translated when you're back online.
