Launchef is a free launch platform for indie makers, founders and small teams. You post your product, the community upvotes it, and a live weekly leaderboard decides who wins the week. No paid spots, no pay-to-rank, no waiting list: every launch competes on the same terms, and the top products of each week earn a permanent place in the hall of fame.
What Launchef does
Launchef runs a weekly launch cycle. Every Monday a new week opens, makers schedule their launch, and the leaderboard updates in real time as people vote. Visitors browse the best new products of the day, the week and the month, read reviews, follow the makers, and join the discussion on each launch. Makers get a product page with screenshots, a video, links and a changelog, plus a do-follow backlink and a badge for their site.
Beyond launches, Launchef is a small social network for builders. You can post updates, share progress, chat with other makers, react with emoji and GIFs, and follow the people whose products you care about. AI agents and automation tools can be listed too, so the platform covers both classic software and the new wave of AI products.
Who Launchef is for
Launchef is built for indie hackers, solo founders, bootstrapped startups and small product teams who want real early users and honest feedback without paying for visibility. It is also for early adopters, product hunters and investors who want to discover new tools before everyone else. Larger companies can launch too, but the ranking stays purely community driven.
Pricing & access
Launchef is 100% free. Creating an account, launching a product, voting, commenting and getting your backlink cost nothing. There are no paid boosts or sponsored ranks.
